Once exposed customer needs, this will be taken care of and guided throughout the process of adaptation by a professional only to speak the native language of the client and his family, so that at no time will feel neglected or poorly understood.
After searching all the customers´ needs, he and his family will be attended and guided during all the adaptation process by the same employee speaking his native language. Your consultant will guide you through your plan and help with timing and decisions.
Once finished the relocation period, a quality form will be at disposal of the customer in order to express his personal opinion about the relationship settled while the adaptation process, in order our company daily improves its services quality .
